Kat's fascination with the world ignited at a young age, leading her to earn a B.S. in Physics from the University of Minnesota. Venturing into the medical device industry post-graduation, she found a passion for building complex systems. Transitioning from the medical device industry to aerospace, Kat delved into systems engineering, driven by a desire to comprehend and construct complex systems with cross-functional teams.
As she grew in her career and assumed leadership roles, she recognized the impact of human dynamics within engineering, catalyzing her transition into management and pursuit of an M.B.A. in project management.

Passionate about facilitating the growth of companies, Kat thrives on building infrastructure and processes that not only fortify engineering endeavors, but also empower the individuals propelling them forward.

When she's not working, she loves spending time at the beach, hanging out with friends, reading thrillers, and crafting.
Elizabeth Rowins

Elizabeth is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, right in the heart of our firm's base. With over two decades of experience, she has excelled in roles spanning mechanical engineering, team leadership, and management. Elizabeth is highly skilled in implementing engineering best practices, ensuring the success of full lifecycle product development and the management of multidisciplined complex systems. Her dedication to continuous learning enables her to adapt her diverse engineering expertise to solve complex problems while adhering to strict design specifications and project schedules.
